Open your dashboard from Shopify

One click from the AskThis Shopify app opens your full dashboard — analytics, prompts, white-label and credit top-ups.

The embedded Shopify app is where you install the widget and pick a plan. Everything else — your analytics, AI-citation insights, widget configuration, prompt editing, white-label, and one-time credit top-ups — lives in the AskThis dashboard. You reach it in one click, with no separate sign-up.

Open the dashboard

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → AskThis.
  2. Click Open AskThis dashboard → (on the home screen or the Plan & billing page).
  3. You land in your dashboard, already signed in and scoped to your store’s account.

That’s it — the first time you click through, we create your dashboard login and bind it to the account your Shopify store already provisioned. No password to set, no site ID to copy.

Already have an AskThis account?

If the email on your Shopify store is already tied to an AskThis login, we’ll ask you to sign in with that account first (so no one else can claim it), then link your store to it. After that, your Shopify store appears alongside your other sites.

What you can do there

  • Analytics & the AI Intent Score — see Analytics.
  • Configure buttons & engines, edit prompts and rules, and (on paid plans) white-label.
  • Buy AI-credit top-ups — your plan includes a monthly allowance; top-ups add more before it renews. See Plans, credits & invoices.

Where billing lives

Your subscription (Free / Pro / Business) is managed inside Shopify — change or cancel it under Apps → AskThis → Plan & billing. Your dashboard shows the plan read-only and marks it “managed in Shopify.” One-time credit top-ups are purchased in the dashboard, not in Shopify.

The access link is single-use

For security, the link that opens your dashboard is short-lived and one-time. If it ever says “this link has expired,” just reopen it from Apps → AskThis → Open AskThis dashboard.
