Do I need credits to use the basics?

No. Your subscription is complete on its own — the onboarding scan, prompt editing, widget operation and analytics are never metered. Credits only cover AI-heavy actions like bulk regeneration or citation-monitor queries.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your plan enters a short grace period and a banner appears in the dashboard; update your payment method to restore it. Nothing is deleted during the grace period.

Do you charge tax, and in what currency?

Prices are in USD. Indian customers are billed in INR with 18% GST; every invoice shows the tax breakdown and can be downloaded from the billing screen.

Plans

The widget is free. Paid plans — Pro, Business, and Enterprise — unlock more history, higher API limits, and features like Citation Monitor, per-page prompt rules, and white-label. Compare tiers on the pricing page.

AI credits

Some AI-powered actions — generating and regenerating prompts, citation monitoring — consume credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that renews each cycle; you can top up more at any time from Billing → Credits. The credit ledger shows every debit and credit, so usage is always auditable.

Invoices & taxes

Find every invoice under Billing → Invoices, each downloadable as a PDF. Invoices are tax-aware: GST is applied and itemized where it applies, with sequential financial-year numbering.

Currency at launch

Billing launches in USD. Other currencies are on the roadmap and will appear automatically when enabled — no action needed on your side.
